🔎 How to Check Your Order Status

You can check your order status at any time by following these steps:

  1. Visit CheersRaceWears.com

  2. Click on “My Account” (top right corner)

  3. Log in using the email and password used at checkout

  4. Go to “Order History”

  5. Select your order to view the current status and tracking information


📦 Order Status Stages

Here’s what each order status means:

  • Processing: We’ve received your order and are preparing it for shipment.

  • Awaiting Shipment: Your item is packaged and ready to ship.

  • Shipped: Your order has been dispatched — tracking info is available.

  • Delivered: Your package has been delivered to your address.

  • On Hold / Backordered: Some items may be out of stock — we’ll contact you with updates.


🚚 Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Click the link in the email or log in to your account to track your package in real time.


Haven’t Received Your Order?

If your order is delayed or tracking hasn’t updated, please allow:

  • Up to 48 hours for tracking to go live after receiving your shipping email

  • Up to 15 business days for international orders due to customs delays
